Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure powered by Neon PostgreSQL. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt with a cost factor of 12. Authentication is handled via HTTP-only, secure JWT cookies. We employ industry-standard encryption and security practices to protect your information.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to third parties. We may share data with:

• AI Service Providers: We send resume and job description text to OpenAI's API for analysis. This data is processed in accordance with OpenAI's data usage policies and is not used to train their models.
• Law Enforcement: When required by law or to protect our legal rights.
